About Sofia University
Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, founded in 1888, is Bulgaria’s oldest university. Its grand main building, funded by the Evlogi and Hristo Georgiev brothers whose statues stand at the entrance, faces Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard.
