When the metro was dug beneath the Largo, archaeologists uncovered a whole quarter of Roman Serdica: streets, houses, baths and an early Christian church. The Ancient Serdica Complex lets you walk among them, open to the sky and partly under glass, between the Sveta Nedelya Cathedral and the Banya Bashi Mosque.
