Cosmos
Bulgaria on a new plate
About Cosmos
Cosmos is where modern Bulgarian cooking is at its most inventive. In a calm room on Lavele Street, chef Vladislav Penov takes the flavours Bulgarians grew up with, from yoghurt and sirene cheese to wild herbs, and turns them into playful, precise tasting menus that have earned the restaurant a place on the international La Liste ranking. Book the tasting menu well ahead.
