Vitosha Boulevard is Sofia’s living room: a long pedestrian street from the Sveta Nedelya Cathedral towards the National Palace of Culture, lined with café terraces, shops and restaurants, with the dark mass of Vitosha Mountain closing the view. Come in the evening, when the terraces fill up.
